Summerians (SMAJ students who took summer classes) shall submit summer grade/s upon enrolment. They shall be under academic probation.

Basic Requirements

Can communicate in English and pass the English Language Assessment
For Local Students
No failing grade in academic subjects and conduct grade 80% and above.
Qualifying Mark/ Pass the SMAJ entrance examination and interviews.
Provisional Enrolment. “The provisional enrolment of the students shall be conditioned on the admission of his valid admission or transfer credentials on or before the last day of the school year.”
Provisionally enrolled students shall not be enrolled for the next higher level for the next school year, if he cannot submit his valid admission or transfer credentials until the last day of classes; and
Whatever credits for the subject he may pass shall not be recognized. (Ref: Articile IV. Sec. 129-2010 Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in the Basic Education)
Students who failed in subjects equivalent to three (3) units or more are retained in same year level; in case of failure in any subject, the student must take Summer Classes. If the student fails to take summer class, he/she is advised to transfer to another school (ATT).
